Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

  1. One application for one booking
  2. Only Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) holding applicants are eligible.
  3. The non-refundable processing fee can be paid using “Margalla Enclave” NTN No. F907422-6.
  4. Allotment of the plot via transparent computerized ballot.
  5. Applicants are notified via email, and hard copies will be received at the given postal address.
  6. An Intimation Letter will be issued after the ballot result is confirmed, along with a lump sum or down payment, applicable charges, and Government taxes.
  7. Booking down payment (100% in case of Lump Sum) and 15% in case of 1, 2, and 3-year instalments plan within 30 days after the ballot through online payment via KUICKPAY to Margalla Enclave. Failure to deposit will be the result of automatic cancellation of the plot booking.
  8. If delays in paying 2 consecutive instalments, it will result in cancellation of allotment after issuance of notice.
  9. A 20% fee will be deducted in case of cancellation of the allotment, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 120 days from the date of cancellation.
  10. An allotment letter will be issued after the total sale consideration is paid, and taxes will be applicable when the letter is revised.
  11. The applicant will follow the rules, regulations, and policies of CDA.
  12. An additional 10% charge is assessed on corner, boulevard, and park-facing plots, etc., and 15% on multiple category plots such as corner, boulevard, and park face/ corner and boulevard.
  13. The applicant will be granted possession of the plot for construction after the building design, following the CDA By-Laws, is approved.
