Overview

Bahria Enclave Islamabad is the housing project of Bahria Town, situated at Mouza Mohrian, Jagiot, Pind Begwal, Tumair, Sihali and Darkala, Zone 4, and Sub Zone C. Bahria Enclave LOP (Layout Plan) is approved by the CDA (Capital Development Authority). Initially, the layout plan was approved on 16-07-2011 but later was cancelled on 02-07-2013 because of development works without getting NOC from Capital Development Authority (CDA). Bahria Enclave Islamabad’s revised layout plan was approved 29-12-2020 over 12543.11 kanals. However, the NOC (No Objection Certificate) of Bahria Enclave Islamabad did not issued by CDA.

Bahria Enclave Islamabad offers 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla & 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal, and 4 Kanal residential plots and 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots. It is 8 km away from Chak Shahzad.

The CDA did not issue a No Objection Certificate to the Bahria Enclave Islamabad. The housing society sprawls over 12543.11 Kanals. The CDA cancelled two layout plans as the society started working without getting an NOC. For the third time, the layout plan was approved on 29-12-2020 over the area of 12543.11 Kanals.

Bahria Enclave Phase 2 (housing scheme) spans 1180.04 Kanlas, and its NOC was approved on 11 Feb 2021. Furthermore, the NOC of Bahria Enclave Phase 2 (Angro Farming Scheme) also got approved in Zone 4, Sub Zone B.
